What fabulous workout! I do not understand German, but this did not hinder the workout at all. Beran does such great job at demonstrating all the upcoming movements that the English wasn't necessary! Already marked this video as one of my favorites!

Geck, schaukeln Sie! Was going for "Dude, you rock!", but had to rely on the translator.  Don't speak any German, but THAT was a great workout - a new "go to" for me.  Hoping for more - keep 'em coming!
