Hallo Zoe, vielen Dank für das. Video. Ich glaub gleich am Anfang hast du dich beim Schulterkreisen versprochen. Generell find ich die Aufnahmen zu weit weg. Gerade am Anfang der Übung, so dass man die Haltung nicht genau erkennen kann.
