I'm back with a fun dance workout for y'all!

Great workout! Love that it seems a little improvised at times. ;)[:11:]

I would love to see another Daisy video !!  One very similar.... I have all of her comments memorized!  "I'm on the 45 oh no I mean the 49!" ;). I'd love to see more videos at the 30-minute mark.  Thanks

Enjoyed the workout a lot, really got the lymph moving!  Like the previous comment, would have liked a cool down.  I also find it more helpful when the camera keeps the whole of the instructor and Bellicon in view, rather than focussing on the feet - I have no idea then what to do with the arms.

Daisy is awesome love the funky beat.  Please bring more of her workouts!!!!!! Thanks
