As a former World-Class hurdler, she knows that life also has its obstacles and barriers that must be cleared. She is a firm believer that Change Happens And Manifests Primarily In the Ones who Never quit or give up! Arnita is a graduate of Texas Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters in Education/Counseling from University California State Domiguez Hills.

Arnita holds titles of being an “All American Hurdler” “All Time Individual Champion”, United States Track and Field (USTAF) Elite Athlete, National Pan American Champion and a member of the World Championship team and the top 8 finalist in the 84, 88, and 92 Olympic Trials. Due to this untimely achilles injury, in 1996 Champion underwent major surgery. This resulted in Arnita “hanging up her spikes.”

While being a World Class Athletic, Arnita was and continues to be a consumerate competitor who knows the exhilaration that comes with winning. Her philosophy “If It Is To Be It Is Up To Me” is based upon personal growth, winning, leadership, mastery, and change. With the burning desire as to where she should channel her energy, her experience and her passion, she began educating and motivating individuals on being a Champion for life!

As a Certified Personal Trainer, NCCPT (National Council of Certified Personal Trainers) Arnita puts the “P” in Personal Training! Her unique personal fitness programs empowers and motivates individuals to tap into the “Champion” within them. Her dynamic BOOT CAMPS, BELLICON REBOUNDING WORKOUTS and ¬C-BANDZ FITNESS PROGRAMS focuses on five components of optimal health; Flexibility, Nutrition, Strength Training, Weight Management and Cardio. Arnita’s goal is to assist individuals extend the quality of their lives through health fitness, attitude and vitality. This is accomplished by providing the very best personalized choices for achieving a permanent healthier lifestyle! She inspires individual to live each day as a rewarding and exciting experience. Above all else, she challenges them to strive to achieve nothing less than the best!
