Workout by the pier in Chicago...dance party style!

This work-out is sooo fun, Faith!!  i felt like  a kid again, jumping & dancing  around  outside on my trampoline -- just now at 57 yo, iI'm on my Bellicon rebounder and I'm following along using my laptop with you at the Chicago pier.  Who knew exercise could be so fun--we tend to forget our child-like play as we grow-up!!  But we don't have to!![:01:] --Happy bouncing, Annie B. 

I bit off morethan I could chew with the second one...
