Great workout!  

Loved this workout but at the last Sprint before the Lunges Jeremy wasn't going all out. When I do high intensity I can hardly talk.

Still my favorite workout! Kudos to the amazing thrower of the towel! :~D

very good workout, my favorite one. Another 20 minutes of arm exercises and high legs for more core challange and it would be perfect! It woulb be nice to have some longer andmore challenging videos at this level.
