Holly Molly.  I loved this exercise.  Jumped to the top of my favorites.  Wow.  A great sweat and so much fun.  I kept thinking, "look out world here I come."  I am going to make this one part of my  regular weekly routine.  Wow. I  am ready to do it all over again. right now.......in mind that is. My body said nope, that is not happening tonight. ...lol.[:03:]

Jeremy always does such a great job teaching, demonstrating and encouraging.

Definately for experienced bouncer.not many teaching points.more demonstrating.
