Great workout... first part was bouncing then followed with push ups, tricep dips and abs.  Cuing is great on this one and I especially appreciated the side-view of the squats to remind me to watch my form.  Thanks Jeremy!

Great workout. After the first 10.30 mins when taking a sip of water in the 'towel off' break, I inadvertently paused the video back to the beginning, so did 20 mins of the cardio. instead That was even more awesome!

Nice first 10 minutes, could repeat and have great workout!

Just what the title says - a full body power up. Great to start the day and I add sand weights for the cardio portions for that little bit extra. Keep 'em coming!
