Great workout! Good Energy.
No fluff...good focus on the short recovery periods.
Does not require extraordinary coordination, although I'm sure Jeremy is no slouch in that department.

Several minutes into the video, it pauses indefinitely--no recourse that I've been able to find.  I wish I could get the entire workout... :(

Liked it , but more of a classic workout with cardio to start and then strength exercises to follow
