Hi Fayth!  Thanks so much for this video.  I'm long past post-natal, I have 11 and 9 year olds, but I saw this video and said to myself "Fayth and restorative... I'm in!".  This was just so gentle and lovely.  As a mom trying to figure out homeschooling, this was just the movement I needed today.  So thank you so much and I'm sending tons of love and prayers to you as you near the end of pregnancy and the beginning of a new family member!!!
