Hi Kyle, a nice and relaxing workout. I liked the combination of arm and foot work. Needed to concentrate , hence a good brain workout, too.
Pleasantly surprised by the music. The volume was just right and thus enhanced your programme. Well done and thank you.

Nice warm up or cool down video. However, due to my limitations, it would be helpful if camera doesn't focus on feet when you are doing movements with your hands. Thanks again, Kyle.

Thank you so much for this wonderful work out! A lot of the workouts lately on this platform have been difficult for the older generation. I think it would be great if Bellicon   can vary the newest Workouts so that they can reach a wider audience of all ages.
