Hey Stephanie...Love this workout,, nonstop  , high and lower impact, great explanations ..sweet for my body !   and to encourage Terri and others ,I just turned 61  and please keep  bouncing as this platform has something for EVERYBODY.. Every video can be done  but AT YOUR OWN PACE ! And I have the strong bungees and change to extra strong depending onmy mood [:02:] I have been trying them all and was  a level 1 to a 14 now !  The idea is to Bounce ! AND DANCE ! Sweet! Over 400 calories burned in 30 mins. Very enjoyable workout that will make my mid-week rotation when I have less time. I like that the moves are different than the standard moves of my Bellicon trainers.  There is a leg lift section that is unique and a bear crawl ab hold on the mat that added more variety.  

Wonderful workout, Stephanie. Thank you! I had to modify several moves but it was a great workout. Made it a "favorite"! I like the way you give a heads up and a countdown when moves are about to change. It's very helpful. I liked the music, too...uplifting and a great way to start the day. What strength bungees were you using? I have a 39" Bellicon with strong bungees but I hurt my back this year (not due to rebounding) and I'm wondering if the medium strength bungees would be less impact. Any suggestions? Thanks, again!

Love Love Stephanie.  Love hard workouts.  For Terry, there are plenty of softer gentler workouts on the platform.  So many. I am 54 so am up there too.  I would hate to see the vigorous workouts stop because .I look forward to them weekly! 

I so like her workouts but I was not able to continue with this video because the video quality was terrible. There is something wrong. Can you please check it....it happened after a little while into the video. Thank you.
