Loved this challenging workout, Margaret - thank you!  I do not have the bar attachment so I put the back of a bar height stool in front of me and used that while I stayed on my Bellicon - but I barely needed it and only used it for light grasp. The bar stool wouldn't work for someone who really needed to grab a bar for balance.

That was fantastic and definitely harder than a level 5 workout.  Please amend the ratings as I almost did not try this as I thought it might be too easy.  Definitely not.  Margaret is one of my favorites.. thanks
