Thanks for this workout - it has been a great way to get some quick movement in during the Lockdown.  My kids also loved it!

What an excellent quick workout!  Fayth always has such great (and effective) moves on the Bellicon that I could never think of myself! [:01:]

Quick, but effective, and fun!

Perfect work out for when you think you don’t hav time! It’s a doozy! 

Loved it but could not do the knee exercises.   I appreciate that you said we could do squats if we had knee problems.  I was just about to stop the workout when you shared that information.  I was able to complete it with the modification.  Thanks for thinking about those of us who may have  knee issues. 

 I love the roll and jump ups.
