Just what I needed !  [:02:]

The first time I did rhis workout and we got thru the 2nd set, I thought we were done!  Then you said we were only half way thru.  I almost died!  BUT I pushed through.  This time I was ready... What a GREAT work out!

Squats, squats and more squats - I'm feeling the burn and it feels great! Thank you Sarah.

This workout is amazing! I love the pace. I like that the moves aren't too complicated, and we're given enough time to get comfortable with them instead of being rushed quickly from one move to the next. Please create more like this! Thank you!
