Thank you so much, Tracy! I have always wanted to become more familiar with yoga and love that I am able to combine it with the bellicon, to which I am devoted. The session was quite engrossing and even had the effect of loosening up one of my knees, which had been feeling oddly tight recently. I also loved that you made space at the end for us just to relax. Such a blessing after an involved day at work! Thanks again!!

Wonderful workout.  Great way to stretch and relax post workout.
