I enjoyed Margaret's workout. Very dynamic and passionate.
Camera and music however made this workout difficult to follow. Camera should have stayed focussed on Margaret, because she varied arms and leg movements.
Worst was the music. Margaret's voice is in the higher range and the music was high range, too. It was also too loud, so I couldn't hear her instructions. And with the camera flipping all over the place, I was lost several times.
Overall, potentially great workout made unbearable by bad camera and awful music.[:07:]

First Bellicon workout in several months. Had to modify at and definitely worked up a good sweat while burning 340 calories according to my Fitbit.

A little bit difficult to follow for me, but I'm sure I' will do better next time! What a great workout :-) Thx  a lot Margaret !

Took a break from bouncing to focus on weight training, but couldn't stray too far or too long - what a great video to get back into it!  Thank you Margaret!  Great moves and great cardio.
