You make me sweat...I’ve been avoiding this one for so long...tried it today, ummmmm what was I thinking? It’s my new favourite video! Dam, my arms are feeling it...55 and able to keep up with every video so far, I’m stoked! 

OK, THAT was fun.  Great workout, great moves, great sweat. Yee ha!
