If you feel that you want more resistance what colour band do you recommend or is it important we stay with the green one?

As usual Jeremy does a fabulous job with instruction and an effective yet fun workout! A new favorite.

I loved this workout.  Quick and powerful.  I feel pretty  proud this morning for sticking with it...lol.
