I have not bounced for a long time. I have only had this for about ten days or so. Did a lot of cardio and Pilates before now. This was great!! I was able to keep up. Thanks! Will do again!

i love the videos...where can I purchase the resistance bands? 

I'm ready to try this!! Looks great, I have been using 2 lb. weights on the Bellicon workouts that have routines with weight work,  I am curious for input on what resistance I would use with the bands (light, med, heavy)?
