Thank you Titiana I do feel my ankles gently but positively challenged by this, which is great because my Achilles‘ tendon has been playing up for a while, though oddly jumping on the bellicon makes mine better with the gentle impact, so I jumped to invigorate it between these strengthening challenges.  Nice!
