Really nice!  Thank you!

Loved it... I have RA and need to be careful with high impact. This allows me to get plenty of cardio without damaging my joints. I have along ways to go but one video at a time. Can you explain the little ponies a little better. It was sort of hard to see on the screen exactly how your feet were moving.. were they straight up and down little bounces or were the feet slightly going scissor? 

This was a great workout. Love the little ponies.
