Great workout, Tiziana!  I enjoyed this challenge very much!

That was great. So much harder than the one with the bar. Loved it!!!

Loved this - got the heart rate up and the sweat going:)  Challenging but doable - thank you!

This is  a consistent challenge that keeps my heartbeat up.  Some of the kicks are beyond my scope, so glad to have a T-bar. Deceptively difficult but fun!
