Loved that this was full-on bouncing (nothing where one foot is on the floor, no squats).  So happy for this video!  This is definitely one I will repeat.  30 minutes was the perfect amount of time too!  I really liked seeing some different moves like the pendulum and rocking horse.  [:01:]
