Praying for you.   You are a great coach.  You walk the talk.  Can you do some more for Bellicon?  I’m 58, still doing your videos.   I pray then get on here and the trials that are to be counted all joy get easier. Girl,  you and your workouts are awesome.  Hope all is well for you and your loved ones. I appreciate that this video is professionally done.  Love that you stay on the trampoline the whole time.
