Sorry but how is this burning 600 calories - I've done some of Fayth's weight loss workouts that state only 250 but they feel like they are burning much more, how was this calorie count calculated?

Excellent! Moderate intensity, straight cardio with leg lift series. Definitely worked up a sweat. Definitely will keep in my regular routines. 
There is no cold down stretch however. So love working my abs without crunches, planks, or mat work. The kicks works them!
No tabata, no intervals.

i love this video!! Can you make more videos like this were you can burn lots of calories in a short period of time? Very effective !! I think this is the only video that burns over 600 cals in 32 min.
