i love this video!! Can you make more videos like this were you can burn lots of calories in a short period of time? Very effective !! I think this is the only video that burns over 600 cals in 32 min.

Ich bin Deutsche und verstehe nur ein wenig von dem Gesprochenen. Aber Stephanie macht ja alles vor. Es ist ein mega anspruchsvolles Video, Ausdauer maximal, aber dazu noch die sehr anspruchsvolles Koordination... das schaff ich beim ersten Mal nicht alles korrekt umzusetzen, aber beim nächsten Mal klappt es bestimmt besser. Vielen dank Stephanie  für das mega tolle Video!!!
