I have a very bad ankle with NOOOOO muscle tone in my right side. I’ve been to 4 doctors and everyone of them give me a different diagnosis. Well since I started using the mini trampoline my ankle has improved a lot. I found this work out for the ankle and I have noticed a big difference in my right leg. A BIG thank you for the help [:01:] (Posted 6 months ago)

It’s honestly personal preference. After a long run or an intense workout, I find it important to bounce on the rebounder that day or the following to make sure my joints are feeling refreshed and revitalized.(Posted 6 months ago)

Everything ok? Are you taking a break, or would you like to stop or adjust?
