just what I needed this evening. Thanks Fayth! I really appreciate your hard work in making excellent videos!!

Where were you in FL?  Saved to favorites.  Did not do too badly at age 65!  Great haircut, by the way.  Guess you did that for the baby?  Can be a handful for the first one!  [:06:]  Crossed legs are a challenge.  Good length on the video.  Intensity just about right.  Might make it my regular Saturday workout.

Great workout! Could really feel this one...still worked up a sweat without being super intensive. Will be one of my favorites!

Loved this video, I was worried about it being 60 minutes. but it didn't seem that long at all. It's now a favourite and will definitely be my go to video when I want something relaxing. Thank you also for showing alternatives. my hips/knees won't let me sit cross legged anymore, so great to see a way to still do the moves. [:01:]
