Ich hab zwar nicht alles verstanden, aber es hat mir MEGA viel Spass gemacht. War ein richtig tolles Workout zum einsteigen und relaxen, Dankeschoen! [:01:]

This was perfect on an evening I was feeling tired.  Still got the body moving and a good workout for the legs.  I loved the Florida backdrop ,so relaxing.  Looking forward to more workouts like this one.  Thanks Fayth.

Super relaxing. Perfect for an evening workout. Yet energizing enough to start my day! 

The vocalizing was new and surprisingly slightly awkward for me to do.  I liked it though.
