60 Minute Self Care Sunset Sequence

I am doing the weight loss series so I thought I'd do this "easy"one on a day off.  
I wouldn't say it's "easy"! It's simple and challenging! 
I'm  always surprised that Fayth has new moves up her sleeve.
Great workout, one that I can come back to again & again. 
This video was a lovely sunset, now I go out to shovel snow! 

Pretty sunset! I love how Fayth introduces us to all these simple little moves that really stretch out the muscles in ways I wouldn't have guessed. Feels good!

Wonderful! Just the right program to leave the bellicon happy after a few days of illness and the first training! Not too strenuous, but mobilizing for the whole body and the mind! <3 it!
