WOW !  300 calories burned !!  Thanks for kicking it up a notch!!  I really wanted more video options like Daisy's Dance and you brought it!!  THANKS!  The 30 minutes range is perfect to reach my Apple watch goal for a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise.  I won't have to duel subscribe to Bellicon AND LEKfit !  Bellicon only for me now. Keep the up beat and longer videos coming. OH .... And I've lost 70 with my Bellicon over the past year!  as you can tell I'm a huge fan

You mention other videos for toning, but I don't see anymore of yours available on site?

Love your workout!  Very well taught, only thing I would suggest is to keep things even on both sides.  I made up for the difference though and made sure I did same # of reps on both to match what was done on first set.  You make it very easy to keep going with this!
