Wow.  Stephanie, you really speak all the way through the video.  [:06:] I still think its better to have too much talking vs too little instructions.  Good mid level video.  I would do more of your videos if they were more high intensity. Thank you.

but ... i dont know the american style,  for me, she is talking too much. it was too nervous.
and im missing a warm up and cool down.
