Hi, nice moves, music far too loud, so it's hard to focus. :(

Thanks for your great video's. I yust have kni problems in squath, position, very thight not comforteble  Squaths  have Always been a trobble for me. Are there exercisis to strengthen my muscles around the kni? 

Wonderful addition to the exercises I'm already doing. Can't wait to tell my physical therapist about this video!! Perhaps she will be getting a Bellicon to use for herself and her clients!

It is impossible to focus on the exercise with the heavy and distractive music in the background. Totally counterproductive and most annoying

Great clear set of instructions.  They helped significantly with awareness of the muscles in volved using to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. This video is great for all ages of women who have suffered with weak pelvic floor muscle issues. Thanks so much.
