Hi Gina! Great question! It's a wonderful way to strengthen the core because the deeper abdominal layers have to work against gravity. All fours is less work for the core then a full plank. As you get further in your pregnancy it's a kinder way to work the abs. Also cat/cow is a great way to relieve lower back tension.
