Daisy Daisy Daisy.. I am a 60 year old  (aerobic Teacher way back when in the 80s ) who had left the field at 36 years of age  and just did a bit of evening walking with my dog (because she made me feel guilty. ) And then discovered you and the Bellicon. You remind me of me at your age who just loved to dance ...and it shows in your workouts. You have given me back such warm memories  of my teachings and I know , having danced with you that this is the right discipline for me. Finally dancing free of pain and shock to my joints and back . I couldnt help to keep going for another 15 minutes with a full volume beat and then stretched out with you. Luckily my husband was working late.. hahaha!! Thank you so much for putting in the time for these videos. I am aiming to certify myself and teach in French here in Montreal Canada...you have made me a beleiver !! Keep on bouncing  my Dear and I am definitely going to challenge myself through all your programs . Merci merci !![:01:]
