wonderful workout!

It was a wonderful workout. Daisy did a great job teaching and demonstrating. Thanks 

She's fun but the cueing could be a little better. Definitely got a workout in and really appreciate her energy!

Agree with the other reviewer that the transitions weren't as well called out as earlier versions.  Additionally, I was a bit annoyed that there were several occasions where the camera was focused on her feet but she was calling out arm movement changes, so I was always a beat or tow behind.  That said, tho, this was definitely worth the annoyances and will be in my favorites.  It's a great total body workout and I love the longer versions - this will go nicely in between my weight lifting days.  Daisy always gives you your money's worth.[:01:]
