Part 3 in our brain challenging coordination series designed to sharpen your balance skills and your coordination.

I'm a beginner and I really enjoyed the workout.   I'm over 300lbs and I'm looking to get back my health in order.  I've had a knee surgery before and the low impact of the exercises are great.  [:06:]

Nice brain teaser! The balance superwoman part was a real challenge. my LESSER side trembled like mad! :-) 
Do yo know the TaKeTiNa rhythm concept? that's a real hardcore brain exercise.
