This was a wonderful workout!  Thank you Faythe, this is the second workout I have done by watching you and you are a great teacher who does an excellent job of cueing your audience before you start a move.  !  I always thought myself as pretty coordinated; however, this workout challenged my brain and had me fighting to stay center at times.  It also helped to clear my "morning" fog and energize me for the day.  I am looking forward to completing this series of workouts.  This was fast enough that I can easily fit it into my morning routine so I can start my day off the right way so I can have better focus and energy throughout my day.  [:02:]

you are my favorite trainer and have been since I found your six packs videos years ago on YouTube. Thanks for this brain booster series! My dad has Parkinson’s and I want to get him on my bellicon to do this series. I was wondering if you had any other video suggestions for people with Parkinson’s. I’m assuming any of the balance videos would be good. Thanks so much for your videos and for coming into my house everyday and being my trainer
