waoh[:02:]facile au  début et ça se complique[:08:] , exercice à refaire ....les explications en français serait les bienvenue 
easy at the beginning and it's get complicated , exercice to repeat and repeat ...the explanations in french would be welcome please[:01:]

Koordination ist für mich zur Zeit der Schwerpunkt. Nr.1 sitzt noch nicht ganz, ich mache weiter.
Danke für diese Übungen .

Leider ist dieser Kurs in englischer Sprache

Langsam komme ich rein, - wäre super, wenn es Brainbooster auch auf deutsch verfügbar gäbe???

This was a wonderful workout!  Thank you Faythe, this is the second workout I have done by watching you and you are a great teacher who does an excellent job of cueing your audience before you start a move.  !  I always thought myself as pretty coordinated; however, this workout challenged my brain and had me fighting to stay center at times.  It also helped to clear my "morning" fog and energize me for the day.  I am looking forward to completing this series of workouts.  This was fast enough that I can easily fit it into my morning routine so I can start my day off the right way so I can have better focus and energy throughout my day.  [:02:]
