Start the day with a little exercise for the noggin! Introducing our first Brainbooster Challenge!

This was soooo much fun!! [:01:]

I actually laughed out loud doing this one- as I half-fell off my bellicon!  Will definitely do it again- probably several times!  I love the stretches at the end, too.  Fayth- you are the best!

OMG that was awesome...I do have the smallest Bellicon and no T bar, can I get one for this model? Just coming back after winter hiatus and I need to get up to par!!! Thanks so much Fayth

Thank you for this balance challenge.
If you don't have a Tbar how else can you do the last few stretches?
