THANKS, JEREMY1 I'm working on strengthening and this workout was really great for me.

Thought this said it was level 9. But it is way easy and relaxed, just a quiet flow for an easy bounce. Not hard at all--more like level 5 or 6. Suggest you relabel it, unless I read it wrong.
