As Dee it was a pity to not have vocal cues , usually I can't watch the video during exercice and it added difficulty, otherwise so easy!

Love everything Jeremy does, however today during the flow segments cuing is important so you are not straining your neck to look at the TV
defeats the purpose of the flow.  Still enjoyed though.

Realized you weren't cueing for change of  warm up stretches and got on track...kinda liked the silence, not knew to this so could anticipate what and how long, etc...loved the change up in the bounces. Will do it again! Thanks, Jeremy!

At fist I was "Where are the verbal clues, I was cat/cowing for a long time -- and then I realized when I was just watching..."Hey this is different --- this is a bit more flow.  Cool!" I will use this again for sure!

It was a great workout, but I missed hearing the verbal cues as the exercise changed.

This video absolutely needed vocal cues. For me, it is not a good workout, if I have to continually look up to figure out if the move has changed to a different one.  Extremely aggravating for me.[:05:]
