It ends in mid-stretch, without having done the other side or finishing completely.... otherwise it was a good workout!

i love this - please make a 45 minute martial art sequence - i love the elbowed moved!!!! Thank you for the movement inspiration. 

Fun!! And energetic but it ended before we were done??
