Awesome Workout! Could you make some more? I’d also love to have a cool down and stretch at the end.

great class!

your first vid was lacking a good cardio and too short; so i waited a few hours and did your 2nd video.  i suggest a slower warm up, the cardio build up was good, but as with other videos, the change up on moves and timing, by the time you get the hang of it, youve moved on to several other steps.  if your audience is accomplished dancers thats great, but for those that are not nor have not been involved in dancing for a number of years, we end up just bouncing to try to keep up our cardio while trying to get the timing.  also, you have no cool down.

Daisy...we need more of you!  Keep up good music and great combos....And I love your dancer background....its a different narrative on the Bellicon, keeps it interesting
