Arm Toning for Summer

Video froze halfway through and would not continue to play.. Frustrating!

 Love this but at times I found it hard to follow and  wished the video honed in closer more.

Great arm workout and short enough to be able to do this after a challenging lower body workout - full body in under an hour! 

Is anyone besides me no longer seeing the Chromecast icon?
