Great arm workout and short enough to be able to do this after a challenging lower body workout - full body in under an hour!

So enjoyed this workout ...great way to get back into being on the Bellicon from a fall (walking with dogs and steps came out of nowhere!

Great arm workout. Bouncing afterward I was more aware of my arm movements and posture. It felt wonderful!
