Can't wait! I am also pregnant and was wondering what is good for pregnancy. I am in my 1st trimester and my OB said that she thought it was ok if I used my bellicon gently.  Can't wait for the postpartum series as well!!! :)

That's great to see the Bellicon brand expanding into pre-natal exercises focused on breathing, alignment and strengthening - perhaps I could incorporate into a birth preparation class. Of course post-partum classes would be super too.
