My favorite so far and very effective. I feel physically better after the workout.[:06:]

Just started rebounding last week and I thought I was fit until I got on a rebounder.Much harder than it looks especially the jumping jacks.Will do this one every day this week and then hope I can progress onto a longer one..great presenter.Thanks Bellicon!

What Bellicon strength does Fayth work on? My Belicon seems to have less bounce.
