Awesome start!

I love this workout.  For me, even though it's called a "beginner" workout... it challenges me.  I would love to see this be a series of workouts.  Some of the Bellicon workouts are wya too easy and some are way too hard This workout  seems to hit the sweet spot for me of not too easy and not too hard.

Fayth is a great instructor!  

Fayth, I love the variety and the fact that moves aren't too hard for a beginner.  The only 10 minute time commitment - such a bonus!  Thank you!

This workout was perfect for me today. I fractured my ankle a few months ago and have not been able to use my rebounder. This was my first workout sans shoes and with feet leaving the mat since last November. Thank you!
