Hi Fayth,
Just got my Bellicon and my first time on I tried this workout.  Oh my!!  I need to get used to bouncing.  Was feeling a bit off kilter with balance but this short workout was great and I'll continue to do until I feel more comfortable rebounding.   

Quick and efficient, loved it.  Did it with my daughter it was her first Bellicon workout.
