Does anyone know if this is safe to do if you have a scoliosis in back and neck? 

Loved it!  Plan on doing this one at least every other day....I'm curious.....did this trainer get her incredible muscle tone from bouncing alone? [:01:] Post: nevermind,  , just read bio.  Pilates, dancing, etc.  Thanks for great job teaching.....
