nice calming workout after one of the crazier cardio ones to bring back the zen :) 

Really enjoyed the video.  Will do back-to-back for more challenge.

Have not been able to bounce for a few days, a good way to start bouncing again.

That's a perfect workout to wake up smoothly in the morning. Nice and simple moves.
