This was great! As a RYT I enjoyed learning how to incorporate the Bellicon with yoga poses. I plan on bringing yoga/rebounding to my students as it is an amazing combination. Thank you for an awesome class! 

Wow- so much fun. Thank you, Jill, for that fantastic morning workout. Some of those yoga poses I like better on the bellicon than on the matt. But I realize, I need those sticky socks.

One of my favorite workouts! Great way to end 2017 and looking forward to more bellicon workouts in 2018! Hopefully, more yoga workouts will be available!
