Thank you so much, this is a great Workout. Loving Yoga on my Bellicon. Woke up this morning with lower back pain, this was awesome. Now I‘m feeling great [:01:]!!! Thanks again, hope there will be more Yoga-Workouts soon!

Liked this video. Unfortunately, I have limited flexibility so I wish there were alternate moves that I could have followed when I could not do the provided moves.  But, that is just my problem and does not take away from the fact the video is a good one.
