this was ok - simple 

Wow!! Trying to get back to my Belicon.  This is a great series and very challenging to me.  I have a t-bar for balance and used it in parts of the series.  Wonderful series to restart and get better.  Thank you.[:02:]

doing the series of 3 as a morning workout, just perfect, Remies instructions are very clear and easy to follow.
