Thank you Fayth and Tiziana. Very relaxing and mindful after a interval workout.

I don't usually stretch enough after a work-out. This is a great video  to make my excercise perfect, well balanced and efficient. Thank you Fayth and Tiziana - I really love the "mindful movement series"! Keep it up!
